Backstory
Cal Hampton is Jason's closest friend and the clearest portrait of the life Jason is trying to leave behind. He has no ambitions — he is content drinking beer and eavesdropping on Coast Guard communications. Cal represents the inertia Jason is fighting against, and probably the life Jason would return to if Lucia were not in the picture.

Cal is not a playable character. He is expected to appear in missions tied to Jason's Keys storyline, likely providing intel from his Coast Guard scanner hobby and serving as a grounding presence in Jason's life outside of crime.
